Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and builders.
• Meet with borrowers to discuss mortgage needs and present bank products.
• Process loan applications and analyze borrowers' financial data.
• Lock rates per guidelines and coordinate documentation.
• Coordinate with Centralized Processing to order appraisals and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain borrower communications and monitor loan status.
