Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and explore loan options; review files for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify accuracy of system input.
• Analyze file for program applicability.
• Review documentation such as income, assets, credit reports, verifications, etc.
• Follow up with clients for additional documents or clarifications.
• Provide status updates to loan officers, borrowers, and agents.
• Coordinate submission to underwriting and satisfaction of closing/funding conditions.
• Submit files timely per company standards.
• Review HUD-1 for accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to closing.
• Prioritize workflow for time-sensitive files.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and privacy.
