Job summary

You will review documents for accuracy, obtain needed information from borrowers and third-party partners, track deadlines, and maintain confidential loan records while delivering professional customer service to the lending team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of mortgage lending experience.
• 2+ years of financial services experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with computers and lending systems.
• Knowledge of consumer credit laws and mortgage lending regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and review mortgage loan files and documentation.
• Prepare and submit files for underwriting.
• Obtain required information from borrowers and third-party partners.
• Work with Loan Officers and Underwriters to resolve loan conditions.
