Job summary

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan closing packages and all related paperwork.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of required documents.
• Verify closing details comply with state and federal regulations.
• Enter loan data into the Customer Information System and maintain files.
• Prepare loan commitments for approved loans and send to customers.
• Review title insurance for exceptions and conditions.
• Prepare closing figures and documents for disbursement.
• Maintain risk and HMDA data accuracy within the loan package.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Payoffs and escrow tax payments as needed.
• Cross-train on Mortgage Loan Application Processor duties to ensure complete submissions for underwriting.
