Qualifications

• Post high school education or several years of experience indicating accuracy.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and loan types.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Excellent clerical and computer skills.

• Ability to understand each task as part of a process and problem-solve.
