Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Wayne, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to streamline the lending experience for borrowers. The role is full-time, temp-to-hire, with hours Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM and pay of $23-28/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities include entering loan applications, preparing disclosures, gathering underwriting conditions, coordinating with third parties, and maintaining loan files while ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Strong understanding of conventional, FHA, and VA loan products.
• Proficient in loan origination systems (Encompass or Calyx) and MS Office.
• Solid knowledge of TRID, RESPA and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System.
• Prepare required disclosures for each loan file.
• Gather documentation and conditions required by the underwriter.
• Submit and follow up on orders with third-party service providers.
• Maintain and manage loan files and documentation.
• Communicate with underwriters, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and dealers to move loans from application to settlement.
