Job summary

Capital Bank N.A. in Maryland is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to work closely with loan originators to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role requires reviewing applications for accuracy and completeness and advising the LO on loan viability at first glance.

You will acquire necessary documents and submit them to underwriting for final approval, ensuring timely processing and compliant file management across our mortgage operations.

Position Purpose

The Mortgage Loan Processor works closely with loan originators to process mortgage loans in order to provide a best-in-class customer experience. The Processor receives the application online in and must have the ability to quickly review for accuracy and completeness, advise the LO as to viability of loan at first glance and then must acquire necessary documents to submit to underwriting for final approval.
