Job summary

CFS in Fresno, CA is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor for a 100% onsite, project-based assignment. You will review loan files, identify missing information, prepare packages for credit review, and maintain electronic loan files to move the process forward.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mortgage processing or related fields, strong attention to detail, and experience with MS Teams, Outlook, and document management systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage processing, loan administration, escrow, title, or related document-processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, document management systems.
