Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Licensed Loan Partner to assist one Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager in delivering outstanding service to borrowers and realtor partners. Under the Branch Manager’s supervision, you will handle disclosures, asset organization, and file turnover to processing, ensuring timely communication with agents and clients.

Candidates must hold an MLO license nationwide and have at least 1 year in the mortgage industry, with a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Must hold an MLO license in all states where borrowers are assisted.
• At least one year of experience in the mortgage industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Send disclosures to borrowers and obtain docs within 48 hours.
• Perform QC review ensuring documents match the checklist.
• Organize assets and income documentation for processing.
• Coordinate with realtors and clients to set up meetings and updates.
• Support loan originator to close loans efficiently.
