AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Licensed Loan Partner to support one Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager in delivering exceptional service to borrowers and realtor partners.

The role involves sending disclosures, performing QC checks, coordinating with realtors, and ensuring documents move to processing and closing within tight timelines while maintaining strong client contact.

Responsibilities

• Assist one Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Send disclosures to borrowers with updated Needs List and get docs returned within 48 hours.
• Perform QC Review ensuring documents match the checklist and file to processing within 24 hours.
• Introduce new contracts to realtors via email and contact L.O. for warm calls to agents.
• Attend weekly status calls with processors and participate in pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate client callbacks to set up face‑to‑face appointments and answer conditions.
