Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Licensed Loan Partner to assist a Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager in delivering outstanding customer service to borrowers and realtor partners. The role requires an MLO license in all states served, at least one year in mortgage, and strong communication skills.

The position focuses on accurate doc handling, timely disclosures, and close collaboration with realtors and clients. This on-site role offers benefits and a structured support environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MLO license in all states where assisting borrowers.
• At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW service to borrowers and realtors.
• Send disclosures with updated Needs List and collect docs within 48 hours.
• Perform QC review of final paperwork and verify documents against the checklist.
• Organize assets and income, and assist with processing timelines.
• Support loan originator/branch manager with callbacks and meetings.
