Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of investor guidelines and ability to draft, submit, and follow through on exception requests.
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage pre-approval applications; verify borrower eligibility.
• Analyze scenarios to recommend optimal products and pricing.
• Prepare detailed loan summaries for underwriting and submit exception requests.
• Ensure adherence to TRID/TILA/RESPA guidelines.
