Pay: $96,000 - $324,000+

Skills & Experience
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- NMLS # required
- Valid driver's license and current automobile liability insurance
Experience:
- 0-12 months mortgage origination experience for Loan Officers
- Ability to interact with regional & corporate departments, realtors, sales agents, builders, appraisers, title companies, loan processing teams, and partner account executives
- Strong judgment, decision-making, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to process large data volumes using relevant software
- Familiarity with AU software technology
- Active community involvement and professional networking
- Self-starter with proactive communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit in lead development
- Continuous industry knowledge expansion
Responsibilities
- Cold calling to generate new clients for purchase or refinance
- Handling 5+ leads daily for purchase and refinance
- Meeting minimum production standards by completing accurate loan applications
- Building and maintaining relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales reps
- Managing customer interactions from application to closing
- Analyzing customer financial information
- Recommending suitable loan products
- Advising customers on loan options
- Servicing existing clients and gathering necessary documentation
- Monitoring loan status and ensuring compliance
- Communicating loan updates to all parties
- Negotiating loan terms
- Staying updated on market trends, regulations, and industry changes
- Maintaining professional standards and company policies
- Other duties as assigned
