Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mortgage loan origination and relationship management experience.
• Proven success developing business through self-generated leads and referrals.
• Active NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Originate a wide range of mortgage loans and manage a robust pipeline.
• Build and strengthen relationships with real estate professionals, community partners, and referral sources to generate new business.
• Manage complex borrower scenarios and diverse loan requests with compliance and sound underwriting practices.
• Evaluate financial scenarios to structure mortgage solutions that meet member needs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a strong, consistent pipeline from initial consultation through closing.
• Stay current on agency, government, portfolio, and specialty lending programs.
• Provide guidance on mortgage regulations, lending practices, product eligibility, and market trends.
• Deliver accurate, timely communication throughout the lending process while maintaining high standards for quality, compliance, and service.
