Empire Finest Group is hiring Mortgage Loan Originators in Miami, FL. This outside sales, field-based role offers a 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential and no fixed base salary.

Ideal candidates will build a strong referral network, develop relationships with real estate professionals, and expand a sustainable pipeline of mortgage opportunities while accessing CRM tools and loan processing resources.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain before originating loans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to build a business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable with outside sales, networking and independent business development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate mortgage opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship development.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with real estate professionals and other industry contacts.
• Identify borrowers' financing needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage origination process with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with loan processing and operations resources to support closings.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent communication with clients and referral partners.
• Stay informed about lending guidelines, mortgage products and market developments.
• Follow licensing, regulatory and compliance requirements.
