As a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, you will develop relationships with Realtors, builders, and clients, guiding borrowers through the origination process while leveraging CRM tools and company support to close loans.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain license before originating loans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales drive.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to prospect, network, and develop referrals.

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with real estate professionals and other industry contacts.
• Identify borrowers' financing needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage origination process with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with loan processing and operations resources to support successful closings.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent communication with clients and referral partners.
• Stay informed about lending guidelines, mortgage products, and market developments.
• Follow applicable licensing, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
