Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Solicit new residential mortgage business from internal and external sources.
• Submit complete credit applications with documentation.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
• Review applications and determine appropriate loan products and pricing.
• Counsel applicants to achieve goals and secure rate locks.
• Cross-sell Northwest products and services to borrowers.
