Job summary

Texana Bank Mortgage in Keller, TX is seeking a Mortgage Operations Assistant to provide administrative support to loan officers and facilitate loan origination. You will handle inquiries, follow up with customers, and prepare notices and documents as needed.

Responsibilities include calling existing customers, maintaining confidentiality, and performing tasks assigned by the Mortgage Processing Manager. The role is full-time, on-site, with an hourly rate of $21–$26.

Qualifications

• Must be able to demonstrate ability to adequately perform the duties listed above.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications
• Experience processing real estate, consumer, and commercial loans
• Preferred knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and documentation
• Self-starter, self-reliant dependable ability to work within and meet specific time constraints.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
