Role Description

This is a remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for analyzing documents, taking a complete URLA, and collaborating with other mortgage industry professionals to provide lending services. This position involves brokering, with secondary market and correspondent experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry
• Must hold an active license in good standing with Ion Mortgage and Lending LLC
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely on a 1099 basis
• Proven track record of meeting loan production goals
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
