Build relationships with real estate agents and referral partners to generate new business, while staying compliant with lending regulations.

Qualificações

The Role

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will guide borrowers from first inquiry to closing, assess financial profiles, recommend the right loan products, and work alongside our underwriting, processing, and closing teams to move loans efficiently through the pipeline. You will also build relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, and community networks to generate new business and reach your production goals, while staying compliant with lending regulations and company policies.

Who You Are

• You hold an active NMLS license, or you have already started your licensing course. No prior experience is required.
• You build relationships easily and communicate with confidence.
• You act with integrity and pay attention to detail.
• You are eager to learn loan origination systems and handle sensitive financial information securely.
• You are driven to grow in the mortgage industry.
