Job summary

Elliman Capital in New York is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our hybrid, performance-driven team. You will originate loans across conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and non-QM products, with in-house underwriting and fast closing to keep clients satisfied.

This commission-based role rewards top producers with earnings that typically range from $50,000 to $500,000+ annually, depending on volume and loan mix.

Qualifications

• Active NY NMLS license (or ability to obtain promptly) with a clean regulatory record.
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment.

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
