Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make calls on existing customers as needed.
• Responds to customers’ inquiries as appropriate.
• Prepares adverse notice notifications and forms, documents, and correspondence as needed.
• Performs other tasks requested by supervisor as they relate to the Bank and its functions.
• Maintain confidentiality of Bank’s records; customer accounts and information.
