We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Operations Specialist to prepare closing document packages for loan closings; prepare and send wires for loan closings; intake documents post-closing; submit loan packages to investors for sold loans; complete portfolio loans for imaging; track trailing documents, i.e., recorded mortgages and final title work; and assist with our stale check processes. The individual will provide back-up support to the department's appraisal desk. Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
