Position Summary:
As a Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients and prospects nationwide. Utilizing cutting-edge AI technology and marketing tools, you will receive leads and inquiries, guide clients through their mortgage needs, and deliver essential information. Your role involves building and nurturing strong relationships, analyzing financial scenarios, and offering tailored solutions in a high-call-volume, fast-paced environment. While we provide leads and Realtor connections, proactive efforts to grow your client base through exceptional service are encouraged. Attendance at open houses on weekends is expected, with one weekend off per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle High Call Volumes: Manage inbound and outbound calls from clients across the country.
- Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills (minimum 8/10 proficiency required).
- Provide Accurate Information: Offer clear details on mortgage products and services.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport by actively listening and addressing client needs.
- Mortgage Guidance: Assist clients with inquiries, providing tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work with sales and loan officer teams for seamless communication.
- CRM Proficiency: Use CRM tools to maintain client records and follow up on leads.
- Tech Savvy: Prove proficiency with tools like Slack, HubSpot, Outlook, and others.
- Customer Service Excellence: Contribute to business growth through outstanding service.
- Follow-Up Skills: Follow company playbooks and schedules; if follow-up is below 8/10, do not apply.
- Loan Structuring: Engage with clients to identify suitable mortgage products and submit loan packages.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to 14-day close requirements and loan stipulations.
- Loan Types Expertise: Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing (minimum 2 years).
- At least two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related role.
- For newly licensed applicants, a minimum of five years of sales experience and willingness to undergo training.
- Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role (mortgage/finance experience is a plus).
- Ability to build rapport and provide a positive client experience.
- Basic understanding of mortgage terms and products is advantageous.
Selection Process:
- Initial phone interview with Recruiter.
- Complete an assessment and testing.
- Zoom interview with Team Leader and Staff.
- Final interview with the CEO.
Training:
- Mandatory two-week training for all new hires.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Open houses 3 out of 4 weekends).
- Closed on Sundays and Holidays.
Compensation:
- W-2 only.
- Base and/or commission depending on the position.
