loanDepot is seeking Licensed Lending Officers for our Direct Sales channel, handling high-volume online leads and guiding clients through the mortgage journey from pre-qualification to closing.

You will explain loan options, build rapport, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements while achieving production standards; base pay plus uncapped commissions with rapid closings and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage origination experience in direct lending.
• Willing to commute to Plano, TX; remote considered case-by-case.
• NMLS SAFE ACT compliant with 5+ active state licenses.
• Proven top production in a similar model.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume online customer leads and present loanDepot solutions.
• Build rapport, analyze financial situations, and determine appropriate loan products.
• Educate clients on mortgage management and debt.
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Maintain minimum production standards including originations & funding.
