Ultipro in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer for a full-time, on-site role. You will work with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to close more loans and grow your referral network with real estate agents or builders.

Compensation is commission-based, ranging from $60K to $180K per year, with draws for production, sign-on bonuses, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Ability to build relationships with real estate agents or builders.
• Wocus on purchase business and strong closing capability.
