Job summary

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Richmond, VA. This is a commission-based sales role with potential draws and sign-on bonuses for performers.

In-house processing and underwriting speed up closings, helping you keep real estate agents and builders sending you business. Qualified candidates are licensed MLOs with 1+ years of retail origination, with established relationships to real estate agents or builders or the ability to develop them.

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to build them.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans by leveraging in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams.
• Maintain referral partner relationships and build new ones to drive purchase business.
• Help borrowers navigate Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo and state housing programs.
