Job summary

PRMI is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Independence, MO. This full-time, on-site role offers a commission-based compensation plan with potential draws and sign-on bonuses for proven producers.

You will close loans efficiently using in-house processing and work with real estate agents, builders, and a broad product suite to win more deals. Eligible candidates are licensed MLOs with at least one year of retail origination, who can build or leverage relationships with referral
