Job summary

PRMI is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to originate purchase-focused loans with the support of in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams. This role offers performance-based compensation and opportunities for sign-on bonuses.

Ideal candidates have NMLS licensing and 1+ years of retail origination, with established or readiness to build strong relationships with real estate agents and builders to grow purchase business.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.
