Job summary

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.

With in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams, your files move quickly. Build relationships with real estate agents or builders and take advantage of programs that support purchase business. Competitive compensation includes base, commissions, and a sign-on bonus, plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Existing relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to build them.
• Focus on purchase business with a company that supports it.

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans for purchase transactions.
• Works with in-house processing, underwriting and closings to speed deals.
• Maintains strong referral partner relationships and client's satisfaction.
