Job summary

PRMI is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase business. On-site role with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to move files fast, helping you keep real estate agents and builders fed with opportunities.

You’ll access a product menu including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo and more, with a clear path from loan officer to team lead and potentially to your own branch. Competitive commissions and full benefits await.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or willingness to build them.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
