PRMI is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Olathe, KS. This on-site, full-time role offers a commission-based compensation plan with potential draws and sign-on bonuses for proven producers.

Candidates should be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with at least 1 year of retail origination, and have or be able to build relationships with real estate agents or builders to drive purchase business.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
