PRMI in Lakewood, CO is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase loans with full support. This on-site role leverages in-house processing, underwriting, and closing to help you close more deals.

You will build and expand relationships with real estate agents and builders, aiming to grow a robust referral network and purchase business. The compensation is commission-based with draws, sign-on bonuses, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Experience building or managing relationships with real estate agents or builders.
• Focus on purchase business with ability to grow referrals.
