Job summary

Allied Mortgage Group is expanding its Direct-to-Consumer Sales Team and seeks a mortgage loan officer to originate residential loans via phone and online channels. You will assess client needs, present suitable mortgage products, and ensure timely service.

The role offers base pay with commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth. Hybrid in Charlotte, NC; NMLS licensing required.

Qualifications

• Recent origination experience in residential mortgage required.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for converting company-provided leads to funded mortgage loans.
• Telephone and online origination of mortgage loans through various campaigns.
• Provide superior customer service by responding to leads promptly.
• Engage with consumers, determine needs, and offer mortgage products.
• Assist processing team in obtaining information to close loans in a compliant manner.
• Meet individual monthly sales goals.
• Stay informed of developments in the mortgage industry.

Primary Function

• Directly responsible forconverting company providedleads to funded mortgage loans.
• Telephone and online origination of mortgage loans through internet, direct mail campaigns, referrals and/or other marketing campaign
• Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in an effective and timely manner.
• Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer the appropriate mortgage products.
• Assist Allied’s processing team in obtaining necessary information to close loans in a compliant and timely manner.
• Meet individual monthly sales goals.
• Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry.

Job Requirements

• Recent origination experience in the residential mortgage industry required –Multi State NMLS Licensing
• Strong telephone sales and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner.
• Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills.
• Will need to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass a background check for state licensing.

Job Type

• Up to $100,000.00 per year (salary plus commission)
