Beacon Credit Union in Danville, VA is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) to help fulfill its mission of being “Dedicated to Our Member’s Financial Success.” You will conduct loan interviews, collect required information, and process mortgage applications to grow our mortgage business.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• The role involves conducting loan interviews and securing the necessary customer information to initiate loan transactions.

Experience with:

• FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae
• Construction loans

Education/Certifications/Licenses

• Maintain active registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• NMLS Number.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Valid and current Driver’s License.
