Eureka Mortgage Planning LLC is hiring licensed mortgage loan officers across California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, and Tennessee. We offer W-2 employment with health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match, with splits negotiated individually and in-house processing support.

Hybrid and remote options are available within licensed states, and mentoring or sponsorship options are available for new originators.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in at least one state listed (or sponsorship eligibility).
• Book of business or plan to build one.
• Client-first approach to mortgage advice.
• Mentoring and in-house processing are supported.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans across multiple states.
• Advise clients on program fit (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, etc.).
• Price scenarios against the lender panel and manage pipeline from application to closing.
• Collaborate with in-house processing to keep loans moving smoothly.

W-2 employment with health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match. Splits negotiated individually, identical whether compensation is lender-paid or borrower-paid, with no required per-file fees. More than 25 approved wholesale investors and 11 product paths. Arive LOS with integrated CRM, pricing engine, and marketing automation. In-house processing. Hybrid and remote options within licensed states.

What you will do: originate residential mortgage loans, advise clients on program fit across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, Reverse, Home Equity/Seconds, Land, New Construction, and Private Money, price scenarios against the lender panel, and manage your pipeline from application to closing with in-house processing support.

What you bring: an active NMLS license in at least one of the ten states above (or the ability to obtain sponsorship), a book of business or a plan to build one, and a client-first way of working. Newly licensed originators are welcome; mentoring and in-house processing are part of the platform.
