Qualifikationen

• 4+ years as Mortgage Loan Officer with proven success.
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA and jumbo mortgage products strongly preferred.
• Must qualify for NMLS licensing and SAFE Act compliance.
• Ability to analyze complex tax returns and income including corporate, partnerships, and S-corporations.

Aufgaben

• Grow and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders and members in association with the TDECU member base.
• Take complete loan applications into the mortgage system, providing disclosures and obtaining documents.
• Pre-qualify members for identified mortgage programs/products and match with TDECU products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of loans and lock loans per TDECU policies.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of mortgage products and required forms and documentation.
