Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the best financing solutions
• Manage a large pipeline of loans
• Originate and sell loan packages, including meeting and counseling clients at their homes and offices
• Engage in marketing, promotion, and business development activities, including calling on real estate agents, brokers, financial advisors, and other referral sources
• Provide applicants with information about the loan application process
• Oversee customer interactions to ensure smooth transactions by interfacing with Realtors and Processors
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• At least 2 years of self-generated mortgage origination experience
• Knowledge of basic loan programs and structuring
• Desire to grow, be coachable, and work with industry-leading leadership
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable high-speed internet access (minimum 25 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload) if working from home
