Job Description for Mortgage Loan Officer at Capital Crest Mortgage Group

Capital Crest Mortgage Group is a high-growth mortgage brokerage licensed in 10+ states, with over $50 million in funded loans. We’re expanding and hiring experienced, licensed Loan Officers who are actively producing. If you've closed 2 or more loans in the past 60 days and have a clean compliance record, this is your opportunity to grow your income and career with a results-oriented brokerage that values your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in TX
• Minimum 2 funded loans in the last 90 days
• No regulatory violations in the past 36 months
• Familiarity with LendingPad, CRMs, and e-sign platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proof of recent production: Loan Officer Intake Form

Responsibilities

• Originate and close residential mortgage loans: purchase, refinance, DSCR, etc.
• Maintain compliance and be audit-ready at all times
• Manage borrower relationships and coordinate with processors
• Leverage our technology for disclosures, file flow, and communication
• Participate in monthly team meetings and collaborate across states
• Operate within compliance framework and submit files for audit prior to compensation
