Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator in Orlando. You will verify information, discuss loan options, and process applications to ensure accurate, timely funding.

The role requires current NMLS licensing and a proven ability to manage multiple files and client interactions. Travel may be required. The successful candidate will have 2–5 years of LO experience, licensing in the state, and a track record of meeting funding targets.

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Must meet one of: actively funding >2 loans/month, Xinnix Training for LO, or mentor-assigned funding >2 loans/month.

Responsabilités

• Verifies, compiles, inputs loan application information.
• Discusses home loan options with clients.
• Reviews loan files for completeness and standards.
• Notifies supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs related duties; maintains NMLS license.
