Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects identified directly or via referrals and present mortgage products.
• Take mortgage loan applications and negotiate terms with customers.
• Guide customers through the mortgage application process to closing.
• Enter information into the mortgage loan system and maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Coordinate with underwriters, processors, realtors and closers to ensure smooth closings.
