Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience with mortgage origination experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and referrals to originate mortgages.
• Explain mortgage products and guide customers through the application process.
• Enter and manage loan information in the mortgage loan system.
• Underwrite loans within scope and communicate decisions to customers.
• Attend closings and coordinate with realtors, processors, and underwriters.
