Qualifications

• Two to five years’ experience are preferred.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
• Must also meet one of the following: state licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs mortgage loan application information.
• Discuss and advise clients on home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan applications for completeness and standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• May require active NMLS licensing.
