Satori Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer in Pasadena, CA to build a self-driven business with the backing of a 50+ strong national team. You’ll access a wide range of lending options as a broker and correspondent lender, with rapid support and direct access to leaders who still fund loans themselves.

You’ll be coached in real-time via Bootcamp sessions and a collaborative community that shares wins without the bloat of large corporates.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own business through referrals, agent partnerships, or outbound outreach.
• Close what you start and convert opportunities into funded loans.
• Be coachable and engage in ongoing development programs and bootcamps.
• Collaborate with a national community and leaders who still fund loans themselves.
