Qualifications

• Industry specific software knowledge preferred.
• Proficient at or capable of learning all mortgage origination software.
• Knowledge of purchase and refinance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with customers through outbound calls.
• Guide customers to the best mortgage products available.
• Follow up with customers to ensure high service level.
