Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc seeks an experienced Loan Officer to verify, compile and input mortgage loan applications, and advise clients on home loan options.

The role requires a valid NMLS license, 2–5 years of lending experience, and the ability to coordinate with borrowers and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely funding. A strong focus on accuracy and customer service is essential.

Competenze

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years' experience preferred.
• Must meet one of: actively funding >2 loans per month, Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or Origination mentor assigned to branch who funds >2 loans/month.

Mansioni

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan application file to verify data completeness and standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
