Job summary

Lennar’s NextGen Loan Officer Associate program offers an early-career path to a producing Loan Officer role. You’ll work onsite 3 days, with 1–2 days at communities shadowing and training, focusing on lead conversion, pipeline growth, and customer experience using modern digital tools.

Bilingual ability is a must and you’ll learn pricing, documentation, and compliance while supporting a sales team. Successful LOAs gain hands-on experience, coaching, and progression toward revenue ownership

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • NMLS License or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience using digital tools for work, projects, or collaboration (academic, internship, or professional).

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement and pipeline movement with a Loan Officer.
  • Guide customers through the mortgage process using a consultative approach.
  • Maintain loan data, documentation, and notes in LOS; track follow-ups and next steps to support timely closings.
  • Shadow Loan Officers at communities and assist with training and onboarding.
