Job summary

Churchill Mortgage is seeking an organized and proactive administrative professional to support the Loan Officer, drive client engagement, and execute marketing campaigns. The role focuses on maintaining CRM data, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth pipeline management through consistent communication with clients and referral partners.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, mortgage, banking, or real estate experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Database duties and keep CRM in shape.
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns for past clients and agent marketing initiatives.
• Manage agent engagement activities, including events, gifts and recognition programs.
• Assist in keeping client engaged and expiring approvals follow-up.
• Follow up on documents for expired approvals and CHB loans.
• Send weekly emails to HOT approvals with available homes for sale.
• Organize and execute client events and prospecting calendars for the Loan Officer.
