The Expert Mortgage Lending is seeking a motivated Loan Officer Assistant to join our team in Troy, MI. You will support the Loan Officer in the mortgage loan process, helping clients navigate applications, collect documents, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

Responsibilities

• Make several cold calls daily.
• Study for the NMLS exam.
• Interview applicants to gather financial information and assess eligibility.
• Guide borrowers through the loan application process and ensure all documents are submitted accurately and timely.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
