Ease Mortgage – Troy, MI is hiring a Loan Officer Assistant to support Loan Officers through the mortgage process, collect borrower docs, and keep clients informed on paperwork and status.

This in-office role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and help obtaining your NMLS license with company support, aiming for a clear path from LOA to licensed officer in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn.
• Previous mortgage, banking, sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in-office in Troy, MI.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process
• Collect and organize borrower documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding required paperwork and loan updates
• Coordinate with processing teams to help ensure timely closings
• Learn the full mortgage process from application through funding
• Prepare for and obtain your NMLS license with company support
